    About 10 years ago Fouad and his brother Bibo had a dream to bring east coast pizza to the west coast. They had never run a restaurant, but that didn't stop them. The brothers bought a used pizza oven and converted an old butcher shop at the back of their dad's liquor store, “Jon’s Store," into a pizzeria! State Street Market is Bibo's fourth location.

    Monday - Tuesday: Closed

    Wednesday - Friday: 11:30am - 2:30pm, 4pm - 8pm

    Saturday: 11:30am - 8pm

    Sunday: 11:30am - 8pm
